I first met Elaine at a networking event in Sheffield. Things were getting pretty busy for us as a business and we were starting to fall behind on some of the admin tasks involved in running an electrical company.

I have previously worked with a number of  VA over the years so I knew what to expect, however a big selling point for me with Elaine was when she sent over an email containing a a pdf list of all the services she can assist me with this was a really useful tool for helping me decide what jobs I will continue doing and what jobs I would delegate to Elaine team.
